The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed 6. The person making the booking must be over the age of 21 and must be one of the people planning to stay. Unaccompanied parties under the age of 21 are not permitted to stay in the house.
All breakages must be replaced; guests must notify the manager of larger items as soon as possible so they may be replaced before the next let. The cost of any breakages that are not replaced will be levied from your security deposit.
Arrival must not be before 5pm, and guests must depart the property before 10am or an extra day’s let will be charged. Earlier arrival and late check out can sometimes be negotiated with the owner/caretaker depending on the next let.
We have free parking on site for two cars. If you intend to bring more than two cars you must notify us so that we can make extra parking available.
We strongly recommend that clients take comprehensive insurance to cover for all eventualities.
