On confirmation a 20% deposit is required within 7 days; payment may be by Cheque (payable to Miss L. Ritch), Switch, Maestro or Visa Delta.
Balance is due 8 weeks prior to hire. Full payment is due within 7 days on all bookings made within 6 weeks of the let date. If no balance is forthcoming 30 days before the let the owners reserve to right to assume the booking cancelled. Any paid deposit will be forfeited.
A 10% early booking discount will apply if the full fee has been paid 90 days prior to the date of the let at the time of the deposit. This will not apply if you choose to pay only the 20% deposit.
A £200 security deposit is required to cover any damage or breakages. This will be returned after your departure at the discretion of the owner/caretaker. This deposit includes £50 towards any additional cleaning expenses, e.g., unwashed dishes or carpets requiring shampooing. The property and its contents must be left clean and tidy.
Cancellations up to 6 weeks - loss of deposit, 4-6 weeks - 50% of balance, 4-2 weeks – 75% of balance and within 14 days - 100%.
Electricity is included up to the first £30 per week. Top up cards may be purchased from us. No refunds will be given on unused Electricity. If the meter runs out there is £20 worth of emergency credit, if any of this is used when you leave it will be charged to your deposit.
Pets are charged at £12.00 per week. Please do not leave pets unaccompanied in the house at any time, or let them sleep on the beds. No exotic pets please, just the furry type!
Brenfield Lodge is a non-smoking house. Please respect future residents and refrain from smoking in the house at all times. If we feel this rule has not been respected the management reserve the right to keep the full £50 additional cleaning deposit
